Shipping Policy
Should your livestock arrive deceased, prompt notification is essential. Please reach out to us via email at sales@invinceablecorals.co.uk within one hour of your signed delivery confirmation. To validate your claim, we require clear photographic proof of the specimen within its original, sealed packaging. It's crucial that the delivery is accepted and signed for upon the initial delivery attempt; leaving the package unattended or with a third party invalidates the DOA guarantee. Once the coral is introduced into your aquarium, it is no longer our responsibility , as we cannot guarantee the health of your system. Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable. The DOA policy is subject to Invinceable corals judgment, and we will communicate with you upon reviewing your claim. Occasionally, we may request the return of the deceased coral in its original, intact state, within its unopened packaging. Store credit will be issued; monetary refunds are not offered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted as we cannot assure the quality of packaging and shipping will be correct , due to live perishable goods being so sensitive the DOA rate on returns is too high.
We take all WYSIWYG photos with integrity to make sure there is no need for returns
